Protection needs vary from person to person, and the right level of cover depends on your individual circumstances. By understanding what matters most to you, we can identify the protection products that offer the most competitive terms through our lending relationships, giving you confidence that you're covered in the ways that count.

Income Protection Provides protection should you not be able to work due to illness or injury, a policy will replace a portion of your income until you recover, die, or reach a pre-agreed age. Lenders offer a degree of flexibility on when the cover begins and for how long, with the maximum level of income available to protect usually 60%-70% of your gross income.
Critical Illness Cover Should you be diagnosed with a specified illness, critical illness cover allows you and your family to focus adjusting to the event and any lasting effect on your lives without worrying about financial commitments. Cover can be level or decreasing, meaning it either remains constant throughout the term of the policy, or has a decreasing sum assured throughout the term which reduces the sum paid out in line with the reducing outstanding mortgage.

Mortgages

For our mortgage advice services we will charge a fee of £399.
If you make any amendments once you have received your offer, we will charge an additional £25 to cover our administration costs.
For our buy- to- let mortgage advice services for an individual we will charge a fee of £399 & £450 for a Limited Company.

Mortgage Product Transfer

For our mortgage product transfer advice services we will charge a fee of £90.00

Buy to let mortgages – payment is due at the time of the formal offer
