Mortgages

For our mortgage advice services we will charge a fee of £399.
If you make any amendments once you have received your offer, we will charge an additional £25 to cover our administration costs.
For our buy- to- let mortgage advice services for an individual we will charge a fee of £399 & £450 for a Limited Company.

Mortgage Product Transfer

For our mortgage product transfer advice services we will charge a fee of £90.00

• Mortgage advice – payment due at the time of the formal offer
• Amendments – payment is due at the time the amendment is made
• Buy to let mortgages – payment is due at the time of the formal offer
• Product Transfers – payment is due at the time of formal offer
